Role Overview

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our lively 6‑year‑old son with his sport and social activities. The child faces daily challenges and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

• Assist the child during after‑school sports and social activities.
• Provide support during swimming sessions and other outdoor activities.
• Offer personal care and continence assistance when required.
• Arrange and coordinate shift schedules for term time and holidays.
• Maintain a patient, communicative, and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism, speech and language difficulties, and PDA.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of patience.
• Confidence and ability to support the child while swimming.
• Willingness to provide personal care and continence support.
