Job Description

George Weston Foods (NZ) Limited, a leading bakery producer, is seeking a Pastry Team Lead to manage the Dough Room at our Wiri Bakery. You will oversee a five-person team, train staff using a buddy system, and ensure adherence to food safety and H&S standards. 
The role is full-time, Sunday to Thursday, 5:15pm–1:45am, based in Auckland. You will drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement with strong leadership and communication while delivering on production targets in a fast-paced FMCG
