Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities

Release Management

. Adhere to deployment procedures define by Change Management Board and Team's guideline
. Ensure Deployment package adhere to packaging standards
. Reviewed and validate deployment packages rollback procedures
. Ensure only the requested deployment packages are deployed.
. Post deployment support - issues are escalated and communicated to stake holders. Review and troubleshoot deployment issues with Developers/ Analysts if required.


Environment Management 

. Provide technical leadership and consultation for projects
. Accurate and timely reporting on progress status
. Contribute to the delivery of projects and change to budget and schedule, and to agreed criteria for success
. Meet the requirements of ISAE and other audits, by ensuring compliance with the project methodology and with policies...
