Door Person - The Parlour

Reports to: Door Supervisor/ Manager
Direct Reports: None
Area of Business: Wine Inns
Purpose
To oversee Door Admission policy and to adhere and comply with all guidelines.
Responsibilities

• To greet customers in a welcoming and friendly manner
• To prevent drunkenness and rowdiness on the premises
• To prevent glasses and bottles being removed from the premises
• To be in attendance at the front door unless otherwise instructed by the Manager
• To be courteous to customers when clearing premises at closing time
• To handle confrontation as discreetly as possible
• To complete Incident Report Forms when necessary
• To ensure that a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance is maintained at all times
• Any duties relevant and related to the post
