Domestic Assistant/Full-Time

JOB PURPOSE:                         To work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within the Care Home, whilst ensuring a safe, comfortable environment at all times.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND QUALIFICATIONS Required:

• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable)

Desired:

• Care for the Elderly experience

Cleaning:

1.           Daily Cleaning:                   Empty waste bins and wipe out.

                                                          Vacuum throughout.

                                                          Shake out cushions

                                                          Clean dining rooms/lounges/lavatories.
