Location: Winchester
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

Our client is recruiting for a Domestic Abuse Refuge Worker to provide high-quality support to women and families within refuge accommodation in Winchester.

This role is centred on empowering survivors of domestic abuse to improve safety, regain independence, and access appropriate services and support.

Main Purpose of the Role

* Provide trauma-informed support, advocacy, and safety planning to women affected by domestic abuse

* Support clients to identify risks, reduce harm, and achieve personal goals

* Work in partnership with housing providers, safeguarding teams, and external agencies

* Promote independence, wellbeing, and recovery
