JOB DETAILS

1)Responsible for appropriate documentation in relation to movement of goods to and from the warehouse viz. GRNs, invoices, stock transfer notes, lorry receipts etc.
2)Preparation of waybills applicable for movement of goods and regular tracking of the waybill limit applicable for the State

3)Preparation and Maintenance of purchase, sale and stock registers on daily basis along with corresponding documents

4)Should have knowledge of tax documents e.g. e-Sugam, Form 8F, Waybill etc.

5)Documentation Checking. 

6)Forwarding of import docs to Clearing Agent, Buyer etc.

7)Tracking of Shipments, etc
