Assist in preparing and submitting phytosanitary certificates through the KEPHIS (IEICS) system.

Receive and verify export documents from shippers according to guidelines set.

Collaboratively and consistently Support accurate processing of shipping documents, including HAWBs, customs entries, and flight documents.

Help ensure all necessary documents are available for customs processing; report missing or incorrect items to the exporters or supervisor immediately.
