Position Summary

Hamilton College seeks a Documentation & End User Training Specialist to join our team for an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in leading the college through a multi-year effort to replace the student information system through the implementation of Workday Student. It is in process now and will conclude in the spring of 2028. This position will work closely with the project team and subject matter experts across the college to develop a comprehensive and sustainable Workday training strategy for Workday Student and its associated modules. The training program will support the initial launch of Workday Student and then transition to an ongoing training program supporting new and existing users in their roles.
