Continuous Improvement Document Developer

Join Refresco on a Fixed-Term contract to support the FIT Improvement project where you’ll play a key role in shaping operational excellence. You’ll create and refine essential documentation that supports consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site. We’re looking for someone with strong Microsoft skills, experience producing high‑quality operational documents, and a background in a factory environment. This is a great opportunity to make a real impact and support our journey toward world‑class manufacturing.

Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm
