Document Controller

Job Description:

• Assisting and Leading Project team and Design Team Leads in Issuances
• Smooth document transfer with Manila, document Upload/Download
• Give accurate weekly reports on Tech Subs and RFI's
• Collaborate and lead communications with the design team/project leads
• Design team produces deliverables schedule, this outlines date/distribution list and informs volume of document control work
• Document Control consults the Design Manager on timescales to deliver volume
• Collaborate with Design Team for smoothest transition of documentation
• Complete configuration management and issue packages
• This includes all contracted documentation (CAD's, DWG's, schedules, models, etc.) on time, meeting the client's deliverables/deadlines
• Ensuring that live projects utilize the correct file folder structure
