Document Controller

Position Overview:
Avanceon is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our Engineering Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining engineering and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely availability of critical records.
This role requires a professional who can effectively coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure all technical documentation is properly controlled, distributed, and archived in accordance with company standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Document Control & Records Management:
Manage the storage, retrieval, distribution, and archival of engineering and project documentation.
Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) and ensure all records are accurately tracked and updated.
