Doctoral Researcher (PhD Student) – Antenna Engineering

We are inviting applications for a Doctoral Researcher (PhD student) position in Antenna Engineering. The Electrical Engineering Unit of the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences has a strong research focus on electrical and electromagnetic phenomena and collaborates closely with industrial partners.

Research Focus

• Mobile phone antenna design and electromagnetic simulations
• Prototype manufacturing
• Extensive RF and antenna measurements utilizing anechoic chamber, RF measurement equipment and human phantoms
• RF circuit design
• Combining signal processing with antenna design

Responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality research on mutually agreed topics, and publish/present results in prestigious international scientific conferences or journals.
