Purpose Statement: A site-level position, providing direct support to drive Employees Health issues and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service.
- Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work.
- Updating and developing the medical department procedures.
- Employees' medical care.
- Supervision of medical staff.
- Accountable to execute on Plexus' Best People strategy, leaders will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning and ensuring that their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.

- Purchase of drugs and supplies for the medical department.
- Monthly health campaigns to promote preventive medicine.
