Dock Manager - TST-CF Express (Fredericton)

Responsibilities

• Leads and inspires the dock team to achieve operational goals and KPIs
• Promotes and fosters a strong Employee Health and Safety culture
• Processes all inbound loads from various origins and P&D; terminal in a timely basis
• Ensures all outbound loads depart on time and full as per network schedule
• Drives revenue growth through accessorial/cubing/reweigh activities
• Maintains appropriate staffing/equipment levels that are aligned with volumes and budget
• Provides daily accurate reporting of KPIs and activities
• Monitors and checks dock processes frequently to ensure quality and compliance
• Delivers solid effective communication to the dock team
• Mentors, coaches and develops their supervisors for growth opportunities
• Coordinates building and yard maintenance
• Collaborates with other departments in the spirit of continuous improvement
