Job Description

We are looking for a positive self-motivated dock associate that is willing to cross-train in multiple areas. This is an hourly position that is responsible for servicing Dillard's Department Stores. A pre-employment background check and drug test are required before hiring.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Able to work at a constant pace in a fast-pace environment
  • Basic written and verbal communication
  • Works well as a team member or independently
  • Ability to cross-train

    • REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 8 hrs.
  • Lift an average of 45 lbs.
  • Be able to bend, twist, and reach over heads
  • Able to use a stepping stool
  • Be able to do repetitive motion
