Job Description

Our client, an ASX-listed gold company, is seeking an experienced Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor to join their growing gold operation on a FIFO ex-Perth 8:6 roster.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role with a well-established WA gold producer, working with a capable maintenance team at an operation with genuine plant improvement, reliability and growth projects ahead.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading fixed plant maintenance activities, supervising trades and contractors, driving safe work practices, and helping improve plant availability, reliability and uptime.
Key Requirements:
Relevant Australian Mechanical Trade Certificate – Certificate III in Engineering Mechanical;
Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification;
Minimum 2–3 years’ fixed plant maintenance experience within gold processing;
