DO 18343 - Process Supervisor - Commissioning

Our client, a well-established gold producer, developer, and explorer in Western Australia, are currently seeking an experienced Process Supervisor to join their team to assist with commissioning and running the plant. This is a FIFO role from Perth on a 14/7 roster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room, and tailings management.
• Must have S26 qualifications.
• Ensure gold recovery and site security protocols are maintained at all times.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team culture.
• Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to meet performance targets.
• Champion safety on site – conduct incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with leadership to support weekly planning and ensure plan compliance.
