About the Role:
We are a growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company building an in-house billing and collections team. We are seeking a DME Payment Posting Specialist to ensure accurate and timely posting of payments, adjustments, and offsets for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial insurance claims.
Our primary product focus includes Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) and other recurring DME supplies. Experience with CGM billing or recurring DME is strongly preferred, but experienced DME payment posters are encouraged to apply.
This role is critical to maintaining clean AR, accurate cash reporting, and effective collections follow-up.
This is not an entry-level posting role and not hospital billing.
