District Sales Manager--Western Canada

Salary Grade: $76,300-$114,400 annually, plus bonus opportunity

As a DSM, you will work in conjunction with your manager and Customer Service Representative (CSR) to acquire new business and increase the throughput of existing business through the proactive sale of food and non-food products within the assigned territory, while also building net margin. In addition, you will increase Dot’s visibility, acceptance, and case sales within the multi-unit restaurant category.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build strong customer relationships and manage the day-to-day aspects of customers’ business with Dot
• Penetrate customer departments and management teams to build relationships and drive buy-in to Dot’s value proposition
• Collaborate with brokers and direct sales representatives in the market to grow business for both Dot and customers
