The DGM is responsible for balancing the performance, safety, and productivity of daily operations in the Boston District of our national organization. The District General Manager (DGM) is responsible for the overall management, financial success, and strategic direction of the district. This includes oversight of all managers, staff, and personnel, setting local strategy, and ensuring the goals and vision of the organization are communicated and followed.
