Distributor Support Team Lead (La Florida)

Under limited supervision, the Distributor Support Lead is responsible for successful management and transition of newly acquired distributorships to meet or exceed all operational and financial goals, including gross profit generating and lead acquisition strategies. This role facilitates new team member and manager training and oversee auditing distributors for best practices.

• Accountable for the P&L; and budget performance for the operations of newly acquired distributorships.
• Manages a team of Field Operations Advisors at multiple locations.
• Ensures completion of a Distributor Support Team (DST) assessment form at the start‑up of each newly assigned operation.
• Monitors progress for completion of all training for Distributorship team members, and Interstate Owned Territory (IOT) processes and best practices implemented as identified in the DST Assessment Form.
