Job Description
Responsible for ensuring that merchandise is correctly distributed to the stores. Coordinate with other departments regarding the distribution of merchandise to appropriate distribution locations. Participate in the daily operations of receiving, auditing, and distributing merchandise.
Pull merchandise based on invoice and ensure it is tagged to the correct location. Inspect merchandise for correct sku tags. Send merchandise, as assigned by division buyers, to vendors, stores, etc. Make ready orders for manual pick-up of items in a timely manner by ensuring that all orders are completed and put in designated pick-up/handling areas. Key the transfers to vendors, BINS, MEDUSA, and stores. Perform all required data entry processes. Communicate with stores, managers, buyers, and vendors on a regular basis.
