Distribution Supervisor

We are seeking a Distribution Supervisor to oversee the full distribution chain and warehouse operations in both São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. This role is based on-site at our São Paulo warehouse located in Itapevi city (far from São Paulo capital) and requires periodic travel to Rio de Janeiro.

YOUR ROLE

• Supervise the end-to-end distribution chain across the states of São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
• Oversee daily operations of both warehouses, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and service quality.
• Manage a team of 3 to 4 direct reports , including remote leadership of the team based in Rio de Janeiro.
• Conduct periodic business trips to Rio de Janeiro 3–4 times per year , staying one week per trip.
• Lead conflict resolution, negotiation processes, and cost‑optimization initiatives.
