Job Description
**_POSITION SUMMARY:_**
The Distribution Supervisor is a salaried leadership position is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of workflow through an assigned area. They will be largely focused on receiving, picking, packing, and shipping warehousing functions within the Retail and DTC distribution environment. Qualified candidates will need to possess working knowledge of an automated warehouse system, achieve key process and operational cost improvements in accordance with established company policies and procedures and foster a safe team environment.
**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**
+ Supervise up to 50 associates.
+ Achieves continual process improvement. Focuses on accuracy, customer value proposition, order flow/processing schedules, inventory, and expense management.
