This job is about managing the vital infrastructure that powers over 3 million pallet movements a year across a complex network. As the Distribution Sourcing Lead, you will take the lead on finding, choosing and managing the 21+ distributions centres and logistics partners that keep the Subway® network moving across Asia-Pacific. 

You will step into a senior, highly autonomous position that is responsible for the overarching strategy of sourcing logistics providers (3PL/4PL) and freight forwarders while ensuring operational efficiency and reliability. If you are a curious, data-driven professional who can navigate the ambiguity of an evolving regional supply chain and turn technical improvements into superior franchisee experience, this is the challenge for you.
