Distribution Project Specialist

Conduct feasibility studies and determine the best approach for the construction work to be completed. Work as a liaison between sales and operations staff providing feasibility on customer additions.

Plan and manage all aspects of the distribution construction projects (estimation, route selection, pipeline design, surveying, permitting, land acquisition, field inspection, and commissioning), including liaising with internal and external stakeholders where needed.

This role includes service line installations, commercial services, main extensions, and standard Government Relocation projects. While most estimates will be less than $500K, some estimates will exceed $500K and the entire portfolio of projects may exceed $2M.

Will manage multiple White Projects and may execute Green I Project(s) as per the PMCOE Project Profile Matrix.
