Distribution Partner Manager – Food & Beverage Industry

The Role:

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, you will identify business opportunities, develop and execute the commercial strategy through the Distribution Partner for Costa Rica guaranteeing maximum coverage and availability of our products in the local market.You will be responsible for:

Setting commercial tactical priorities according to key company initiatives.

Developing the annual business plans, based on organization necessities.

Managing the distributor budget, inventories, and acquisitions.

Working with systems to track, measure KPI’s, and monitor sales/POS progress.

Ensuring trade execution standards.

Leading and implementing the commercial strategy in Costa Rica for all key customers including pricing, business plan, trade execution standards, profitability targets and executing plans according to the client’s goals.
