Your mission

We're searching for a dedicated Logistics Intern to join our team for a 40-hour work week, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of our distribution logistics operations. If you're eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment and contribute to essential daily processes, this is the opportunity for you.

• Assist the in-/outbound/stock transfer/return process between internal stakeholders and 3PL.
• Manage PGR, PGI and POD processes in S4 HANA to ensure accurate goods movement.
• Support LFR report, Dangerous good report, abnormal shipment report and related documentation.
• Perform stock comparisons to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct thorough checking and submission of invoices for suppliers, Perform auditing of POD documentation.
• Assist with the updating of logistics dashboards.
• Assist serial number (SN) and other logistics requests.
