McCain Fertilizer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Lead Hand to join our team at our distribution center in Florenceville, NB. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control and distribution management of crop protection and crop input products.

We are open to filling this position on either a full‑time or seasonal basis, depending on the right candidate. Given that activity in this role is concentrated in the spring and summer growing seasons, a seasonal arrangement may be a great fit for someone who values that schedule. For the right full‑time candidate, there would be an opportunity to transition to supporting operations at our fertilizer plant during the winter months, keeping you engaged and contributing year‑round.
