What does the job look like?
As the DC Manager, you will oversee the operations of our Wodonga Distribution Centre, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of products to our customers. Your leadership will be critical in optimising processes, driving continuous improvement, and maximising commercial outcomes. You will also be responsible for financial performance, safety compliance, and team development, ensuring the success of our operations. Key areas:
Establishing and maintains an efficient and cost-effective warehouse team to ensure that the Linfox contracted outcomes are achieved in the most safe, timely, efficient and cost-effective manner to both Linfox and the customer.

Maintain a focus on continuous improvement of warehouse operations through developing, reviewing and updating warehouse procedures and associated business procedures and practices.
