Distribution Center Supervisor

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven DC Supervisor to lead distribution operations within a fast-paced food or beverage CPG environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and routing activities, ensuring KPI performance, and leading a team of 20–30 associates to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day distribution and warehouse operations , including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Manage and optimize delivery routes and logistics planning to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries
• Monitor and drive performance against key KPIs (e.g., OTIF, productivity, accuracy, safety, cost per delivery)
