DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR

Job Summary

The Primary responsibility of this position is to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations which include: Good warehouse practices, proper inventory management, proper route planning, accuracy, correctness and timeliness in the delivery of the orders and accounting of proofs of Deliveries or POD's.

The Secondary responsibility is management of the people reporting to him/her and to ensure the orderliness of the stocks inside the warehouse, orderliness in the dispatch of deliveries and cleanliness of the warehouse, loading bays and parking areas.

Education

College Graduate; with bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or other related course.

Work Experience

At least 2 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations as Supervisor. FMCG experience is an advantage.
