DISTRIBUTION CENTER SUPERVISOR

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure proper implementation and monitoring of warehouse and logistics operations. This includes good warehouse practices, proper inventory management, proper route planning, accuracy, correctness and timeliness in the delivery of orders, and accounting of proofs of delivery (PODs).

The secondary responsibility is management of the people reporting to the supervisor and to ensure the orderliness of the stocks inside the warehouse, orderliness in the dispatch of deliveries, and cleanliness of the warehouse, loading bays and parking areas.

EDUCATION

College graduate; with bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or other related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 2 years’ experience in Warehouse & Logistics operations as Supervisor. FMCG experience is an advantage.
