We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant role based in St Ives (Maternity cover).
We have exciting opportunities to join a globally recognised business, considered to be the leader in its field of expertise in manufacturing and logistical distribution of golfing equipment.
Administration Assistant General Duties
- Progressing daily and weekly open order reports
- Running reports, action any discrepancies when required. Sending completed daily order report to Distribution Manager
- Ensuring weekly stock check reports are carried out, and further investigation checks are expedited
- Booking purchase orders
- Ensuring stock management is up to date
- Supporting with reporting updates
- Arranging booking of container deliveries with import agents. Liaise with offsite warehouse when deliveries are required site
