I am currently assisting a client within the East Midlands that is currently hiring for a Disrepair Surveyor position with a focus on assisting in the progress of disrepair cases in collaboration with solicitors.

The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within local authorities and/or Housing Associations across social housing.

Responsibilities

• Completing Section 11 + 82 Reports
• Pass completed reports on to Solicitors

Requirements

• Recent experience in Legal Disrepair

3-6+-month contract

Negotiable rate DOE

5 days on site, potential for some flexibility

Potential for extension based on performance
