**Job Description**

**SUMMARY**

The Dispute Research Supervisor will report directly to the International Cash Applications Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing ECA issues and unreconciled Transactions/Disputes to ensure timely resolution with the highest standards of Customer Service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Work incoming ECA issues and high visibility disputes.
+ Supervise, lead, monitor, train, and develop staff
+ Develop, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators for team.
+ Evaluate, approve and report performance activity bi-weekly and periodically.
+ Identify and participate in opportunities to streamline processes; including developing, documenting, and communicating policies and procedures

**REQUIREMENTS**

+ Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
