Dispensing Process Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review & support team members for preparing/ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ stage qualification submission for assigned stage of Dispensing/Gluing Process (LIPO)
• Review & guide team members for preparing/ensuring customer DFM (design for manufacturing) submission for assigned stage of Dispensing/Gluing Process (LIPO)
• Understand product design and assign respective responsibilities to team members
• Review & guide team members for execution of design and execution of the DOE (Design of experiment) basis customer requirement along with process and product teams
• Lead fluid dispensing process engineering for adhesives and functional materials
• Own dispense parameter optimization (pressure, speed, volume, temperature) to meet quality and throughput targets
• Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions (8D, FACA, Fishbone, etc.)
