Dispatcher Warehouse - Las Vegas

Position Overview:

The Dispatcher (WO) is responsible for receiving equipment orders and sending drivers to pick up and drop off goods to a wide variety of venues during regular standard and off standard working hours. Accountable for logistics, efficiencies, and communicating essential information to drivers and customers. This position reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager.

• Provide superior customer service and strive to exceed the needs and expectations of internal and external customers

• Maintain a positive relationship with all drivers and customers through effective communication and interaction

• Ensure drivers have the necessary equipment to complete all scheduled deliveries and pick-ups daily

• Communicate with customers on deliveries due to delays, weather, and equipment issues
