Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support service coordination and customer communication for a Long-term Contract position in Tukwila, Washington. This role focuses on organizing technician schedules, responding to changing service needs, and ensuring appointments are handled accurately across multiple service lines. The ideal candidate brings strong customer service skills, sound judgment in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to keep scheduling operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technician assignments for installation, fire alarm and detection, sprinkler, inspection, monitoring, and service-related work.
• Manage daily scheduling activities by arranging appointments, confirming availability, and maintaining calendars for a team of 10 to 12 technicians.
