Dispatcher

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher to join our operations team on a night shift schedule from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM EST. The Dispatcher will coordinate daily freight movements, communicate with drivers and customers, and ensure on-time and efficient delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers according to customer requirements and service priorities
• Monitor active shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain constant communication with drivers via phone, ELD, and tracking tools
• Provide real-time updates to customers and internal teams
• Negotiate and book loads when required
• Ensure compliance with DOT, HOS, and company safety policies
• Accurately enter and update data in TMS
• Handle after-hours emergencies and problem solving
• Build strong relationships with drivers, brokers, and customers
