Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role located in Jbeil for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatching of service providers, to meet client needs.


Shift Overview: Night shift, 9 hours/shift, different shift timings are available starting 5PM

Working days: Monday to Friday

Office presence is mandatory

Salary in USD + benefits including transportation and insurance



Qualifications



•Fluency in English is a must

• Preference is given to those living in Jbeil and its surrounding areas

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively

• Experience in Customer Service or a similar role

• Must be over 25 years old
