We’re expanding our Dallas team and looking for a Dispatcher to help coordinate service installations and provide top-tier support to customers and field teams. You'll serve as a key point of contact between our call center, customers, and technicians, while helping keep schedules tight, communication clear, and service seamless.
💼 What You’ll Do

+ Receive and dispatch service installation orders


+ Coordinate with field teams, technicians, and subcontractors


+ Resolve customer inquiries and escalated issues


+ Schedule and prioritize jobs based on urgency, skills, and location


+ Maintain accurate logs, records, and communications


+ Support smooth operations and handle multiple tasks efficiently
