Dispatcher

This role involves managing a team of drivers and couriers responsible for the pickup and delivery of sensitive, temperature‑controlled shipments in the region.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high concentration and efficiently handle large volumes of information, especially during peak periods.
• Adapt to flexible working hours and dynamic task lists while collaborating with colleagues across all levels and departments.
• Assist the store manager with pre‑conditioning, packaging preparation, and daily operations.
• Support the customs department with import/export tasks.
• Communicate relevant shipment information to drivers.
• Update and monitor IT systems such as DASH Monitor, TMS, email, and data backup systems.
• Download data for analysis and distribution to customer service and other World Courier offices worldwide.
