We are looking for a Dispatcher to support community service operations for a government agency. This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage incoming concerns, document details accurately, and coordinate responses with field personnel in a detail-oriented and timely manner. Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and inquiries related to public concerns such as code issues, animal-related matters, parking complaints, graffiti, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, and nuisance properties.

• Record incident details thoroughly and open service requests in the appropriate databases and software platforms.

• Assign and relay reported issues to code enforcement staff, animal control personnel, and other field teams as needed.
