Roles & Responsibilities – Dispatch Supervisor (Precast Yard & Logistics)

• Take complete ownership of day-to-day dispatch operations within the precast yard, ensuring timely movement of precast elements to project sites as per erection schedules.
  
• Plan and coordinate trailer positioning, loading sequences, and dispatch schedules to maximize productivity and minimize vehicle waiting time.
  
• Supervise loading activities involving heavy precast elements such as beams, columns, wall panels, girders, and structural components.
  
• Coordinate closely with crane operators, riggers, yard teams, and transport contractors to ensure safe and efficient loading operations.
  
• Verify dispatch schedules, element identification codes, barcodes, RFID tags, and loading documentation before releasing materials from the yard.
