Transdev in Hamden CT is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.
Non-CBA Position:
+ $26.00 to $28.00 hr.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Ensure the dispatching boards are correct and keep them updated.
+ Assign trips as necessary to minimize deadhead miles/time and maximize efficiency while ensuring timely pickups.
+ View and edit trips, using correct vehicles and drivers.
+ Be able to geographically locate drives at all times.
+ Reassign trips as necessary to accommodate maintenance and trip demands.
