Dispatch Supervisor required for company based in the East Rand

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• 8+ years' experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAGE-Accpac or similar).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch of orders with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with couriers/third-party logistics to ensure timely collections and adherence to delivery SLAs.
• Ensure shipments meet safety, security, and courier compliance requirements.
• Monitor dispatch performance (speed, accuracy) and report on productivity and delays.
