SUMMARY:
Dispatch Supervisor required for company based in the East Rand
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
8+ years' experience in logistics, e-commerce, or warehouse operations, including 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAGE-Accpac or similar).
Responsibilities:
Oversee picking, packing, invoicing, and dispatch of orders with high accuracy.
Coordinate with couriers/third-party logistics to ensure timely collections and adherence to delivery SLAs.
Ensure shipments meet safety, security, and courier compliance requirements.
Monitor dispatch performance (speed, accuracy) and report on productivity and delays.
