We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to oversee outbound operations within a packhouse environment. The role focuses on ensuring efficient staging, inspection, and dispatch of stock while maintaining compliance with food safety, quality, and health & safety standards. The successful candidate will lead operational teams, manage stock flow, and support smooth daily dispatch activities.

Duties & Responsibilities
Requirements / Qualifications:- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Diploma or relevant short courses in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transportation (advantageous)
- Packhouse and outbound logistics experience preferred
- Knowledge of PPECB requirements, BRC/HACCP, and cold-chain principles
- Strong understanding of stock rotation (FIFO) and dispatch processes
